Gladys and Judy have known one another for years.

Excellent care and treatment have brought Gladys back for years and we’ve got to know each other very well!

Preventive Care

There’s a reason why Gladys’ smile is so big and happy. Dr. Norman has kept Gladys in great oral health for years.

And, preventive care has done it’s job.

Good Communication

Dr. Norman always says, “We want our patients to know all of us and feel comfortable asking any questions.”

This atmosphere leads to trust: the key to receiving the best health care.

Overall Health

After catching up with a quick chat, Judy hands Gladys off to Angie for her cleaning appointment.

Regular preventive care appointments have contributed to Gladys’ long history of good oral health.

Long Trust Relationship

Angie has worked with Gladys for many years to keep her teeth and gums clean and healthy.

That’s two reasons why Gladys is all smiles when she comes to visit us.

Gladys’ Experience

Like most of our patients, a strong friendship and trust develops over time.

Gladys has been a patient for many years. And, like most of our patients, a strong friendship and trust develops over time. Our patients know they will receive excellent dental care and they also know they are treated like a friend and a guest when they visit us. We do everything we can to make the experience as warm and enjoyable as possible.

Many patients just like Gladys are diligent about coming in for their preventive care. Preventive home care is an important skill that should be practiced daily and even taught to young children. Making exams and cleanings a regular part of your health care can keep your teeth, gums and mouth in a healthy, disease-free state.

“It’s refreshing how their office staff has stayed the same for so long. I’ve known Dr. Norman’s whole team for years!”

If preventive care is not practiced, cavities, root canals and gum disease are common results of neglecting your dental health. We offer both preventive care such as cleanings and screenings as well as filling cavities, treating gum disease and performing root canals.

When a patient visits us, we make sure to introduce every team member he or she meets. Gladys said, “I love how Judy comes around the desk and greets me by name; she always remembers the last thing we talked about. Whether I’m talking to her on the phone or in person, she is always so present in the moment.”

We want our patients to know all of us and feel comfortable asking any questions. It’s not unusual for a patient to come in for a routine cleaning and want to talk to Dr. Norman about a special procedure or one of our team members they know well about a pain or concern. Often this leads to a great educational conversation about sleep apnea treatments, TMJ treatments or cosmetic dentistry.

And, with each hygiene visit, we encourage patients to be diligent about their preventive care. If preventive care is not practiced, cavities, root canals and gum disease are common results of neglecting your dental health. If this occurs, we help patients by filling cavities, treating gum disease and performing root canals.

As part of the conversation, Dr. Norman also offers patients information on diet choices and practical habits you can practice as a family to ensure the best dental health. We all know the importance of brushing after each meal but it should be modeled and practiced in the home. Also, we stress brushing and caring for the gums. There is a known connection between gum disease and heart disease. So, for older family members, it is vital to floss regularly and brush the gums to stimulate blood flow in the gums. As part of our preventive care, we offer periodontal treatments to help get your gums healthy again and aftercare suggestions to maintain your periodontal health.

Throughout the entire process, our protocol for Invisalign is designed to make sure when Rob finished the treatment, his teeth were straight and his teeth, jaw and gums were healthy!

That’s exactly what Rob experienced. His smile is now straight and because of the orthodontics, less restorative work was needed, saving him money and preserving more of his natural teeth. Congratulations, Rob!

Like many of our other patients, Gladys is all smiles when she comes in for a visit. “It’s refreshing how their office staff has stayed the same for so long,” she said. “I’ve known Dr. Norman’s whole team for years!”

We believe that long-term relationships and open communication are vital to helping a patient maintain optimal dental health. And optimal dental health has an impact on your overall health! When communication is good between a patient and their dentist, patients feel open to discuss their concerns and desires with their dentist. This is why so many of our patients feel comfortable asking questions and, thus, receive better attention than they do at most of their health care providers.
